Supporting you through your university life is our highest priority here at Iconinc, and that includes your mental wellbeing. There are many changes you face when you first move to uni. And that, alongside your university life and work, can leave your head spinning; that’s why we stick by our residents and do everything we can. Our 24/7 concierge are always there to help, and being mental health trained, they are equipped to deal with situations that may arise. There is always staff onsite, so if you ever want to talk to someone, or just need some company, we’re here for you. Mental health awareness weeks are amazing and allow for information about the way people think and deal with things to spread. However, we believe that you should get the care that you deserve year round, not just when people are talking about it. That’s why we want to make sure our residents know that we are here for them and feel cared for. We make sure that our wellness events and facilities are available for you at all times to help you unwind and ease your mind. We also make sure to put on plenty of events to get our residents out and about. It’s so important to make sure you’re socialising, getting fresh air, and exercising as regularly as possible, and our events help to get our residents out, and helps build close bonds within the building. Our events facilitate self-expression through crafts, or get residents active when doing so feels difficult. We have some amazing spa days to let the stresses melt away, and we’ve even brought in emotional support dogs, and they can brighten up your day in an instant! If there is anything that we can do to help you in your journey, any ways that we can help you through it, let us know. We want the best for our residents, and we will put in the work to make sure that that’s what you get. If you ever feel alone, know that you’re not, and there is always someone who is looking out for you. No matter who you are, we will be there for you however we can.
