Student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. From Pet Therapy sessions and massages during Mental Health Awareness Week to free gym classes with PTs, we offer a variety of ways for students to look after their physical and mental health. 

Our site and deputy managers are trained in mental health first aid, ensuring there’s always someone available who understands and can offer support.

We also partner with Lincoln Student Well-being, help students find local wellbeing resources, and promote healthy habits with initiatives like Free Fruit & Veg Fridays.

Building a True Community

Moving to university can be daunting, but our community-focused events help students feel right at home. 

Weekly Coffee & Cake sessions offer a relaxed way to connect with managers and fellow residents. 

While our monthly Book Club, run by Deputy Manager Alex at Iconinc Gravity in Lincoln, encourages engaging discussions through our community WhatsApp group.

From a packed Welcome Week programme to cultural celebrations and Leavers Events, we’re here to help students build friendships, celebrate their roots, and create memories that last well beyond their time with us.

Making Student Life Memorable

We take pride in offering innovative experiences that elevate student living. We partner with local food businesses to give students access to exclusive discounts and foodie events, hosted on-site.

Special moments are just as important. We invited the Lincoln Feminist Society to host an event for International Women’s Day, and we organise exciting trips to places like Alton Towers, ice skating, trampolining, and footgolf, making it easy to enjoy student life to the fullest.

Sustainability and Social Responsibility Matter

Our students care about the world around them, and so do we. We’ve partnered with Age UK in Lincoln to offer older community members a space for social events like cinema nights, bridging generational gaps and promoting kindness.

Sustainability is also a growing focus. In Leeds, we collaborated with Blue Marble on a planter-building workshop where residents learned carpentry and now grow their own herbs. The next step? Compost bins at The Glassworks to help reduce food waste. We also ran a clothes swap for World Environment Day, promoting eco-conscious choices.
