The Role

As a member of our front of house team you will be confident in welcoming students into our amazing Glassworks building and providing them with a 7 star experience within their all inclusive student apartments. Excellent customer service is needed ensuring that breakfast buffet’s are presented, events are executed with a bang and daily queries are resolved in a warm and professional manner.

IconInc is a luxury student accommodation provider with presence in Leeds, Liverpool and Lincoln. We have an exciting opportunity for a Residence Host to work at one of our Leeds sites, Glassworks. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in customer service, customer engagement and gain experience in lettings, sales, and 5-star customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

·         Dealing with tenant queries throughout their tenancy.

·         Responsible for storing and issuing tenants post.

·         Monitor the security of the building throughout shifts.

·         Tenancy administration.

·         Stock management, ensuring it is replenished and rotated.

·         Managing the Grab & Go facilities including; the presentation and tidiness of breakfasts.

·         Managing maintenance issues.

·         Administrative tasks.

·         Upselling bundles and add-ons to tenants.

Required Skills

Other Requirements:

Please only apply for this position if you have experience within a similar role and high levels of customer service and administration. Full training with ongoing training is in place.
