accommodation to Glasgow via The Bonnie. The Bonnie will provide 151 studio
apartments with best-in-class, never experienced before facilities, to serve
the students of Glasgow.

an experience. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Night Concierge to join our
team in Glasgow.
About the Role
As a Night Concierge, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Glasgow site during the night. This role is perfect for someone ready to elevate their career in customer service and gain hands-on experience in lettings and sales. Every night brings new challenges, from assisting tenants with their needs to ensuring the building’s security, managing stock, and handling administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:

Be the Go-To Person: Handle tenant inquiries and
ensure they have a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Keep Things Secure: Monitor building security,
including CCTV, and address any concerns that arise.
·
Stock Wizardry: Manage and rotate stock,
ensuring everything is always well-supplied.
·
Pantry Pro: Oversee the pantry facilities and
set up breakfast, maintaining impeccable presentation.
·
Maintenance Maestro: Address any maintenance
issues that crop up during the night.
·
Admin Expert: Stay on top of administrative
tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
·
Clean & Tidy: Help maintain the cleanliness
of the building to our high standards.
Required Skills
Experience:
Nights: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Other Requirements
This role is on a rota basis based on business needs however
is 12 hours per week 7pm / 7am with the option for overtime.
